Following consultation, the treatment begins with cleansing and skincare selected for your individual complexion. A personalised sequence of external sculpting massage, hygienic intraoral Buccal Massage, facial cupping, gua sha and custom contouring techniques is then performed before a restorative head and shoulder massage and finishing skincare complete the experience.

Active Skin Conditions or Compromised Skin

Inflamed acne, active rosacea, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, infection, open wounds, sunburn or a significantly compromised skin barrier may make massage, gua sha or facial cupping unsuitable until the skin has settled.

Fragile Capillaries, Bruising or Bleeding Concerns

Prominent or fragile capillaries, unexplained bruising, blood-thinning medication, a bleeding condition or a tendency to bruise easily must be disclosed because pressure and suction may need to be reduced or avoided.

Recent Injectables, Dental Work or Facial Treatments

How is this different from buccal massage?

Buccal massage is one specialist component of the Ultimate Glow & Sculpt Facial. The complete facial also includes personalised skincare, external face-contouring massage, facial cupping, gua sha, head and shoulder massage, and additional custom techniques for a more comprehensive experience.

What happens during the intraoral buccal massage?

Following hand hygiene, a fresh pair of disposable gloves is used before one side of the mouth is treated at a time. Controlled massage movements are performed inside the cheek while the supporting hand works externally. The pressure is adapted throughout, and the intraoral stage can be paused or stopped at any time.

Does the Ultimate Glow & Sculpt Facial hurt?

The treatment should feel controlled and comfortable rather than painful. Areas holding more tension may feel tender, buccal massage can feel firm and facial cups create a light suction sensation. Pressure and suction are adjusted continuously according to your comfort.

Will facial cupping leave marks?

Will the treatment permanently lift or slim my face?
