These Terms of Service apply to use of the HEXIE Beauty website and to bookings, services, physical products and digital content supplied by HEXIE Beauty.
Please read these terms before making a booking or purchase.

Age & Treatment Eligibility

Treatment Bookings
Appointments are booked through the booking functionality available on the website or another authorised booking route.
You are responsible for checking the treatment, date, time, price and booking information before completing checkout.
An appointment is confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed and any required payment or confirmation has been received.
Consultation & Consent
A completed Client Consultation & Consent Form is required before treatment where requested by HEXIE Beauty.
You must provide complete, current and accurate information relevant to treatment suitability, including health, medication, allergies, skincare, recent treatments and other information requested.
You must notify HEXIE Beauty of relevant changes occurring after the form is submitted.
Treatment Suitability
A booking does not guarantee that a particular treatment is suitable or that it will be carried out.
HEXIE Beauty may adapt, postpone or decline treatment where this is reasonably considered appropriate because of contraindications, skin condition, health information, medication, recent procedures, product use or another relevant factor.
Where necessary, you may be advised to seek appropriate medical assessment before proceeding.
Medical & Health Information
HEXIE Beauty provides cosmetic, skin and beauty services. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a doctor or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Information on this website is provided for general treatment and educational purposes and should not be relied upon as personalised medical advice.

Treatment Results
Results vary between individuals and no specific result, duration of result or degree of improvement can be guaranteed.

Cancellation & Lateness
Appointments are subject to the separate HEXIE Beauty Cancellation & Lateness Policy, together with any statutory rights that apply.
- 24 hours or more notice: no cancellation charge applies.
- Less than 24 hours notice: a 50% appointment charge may apply.
- No-show: a 100% appointment charge may apply.
- If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late and the appointment can no longer safely or appropriately proceed, a 100% appointment charge may apply.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The price applicable to your booking or purchase will be displayed before checkout.
Payment is processed through the payment methods made available through the website.
Physical Products
Physical products are subject to availability.
HEXIE Beauty may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order or another legitimate reason.
Where payment has already been taken for an order cancelled by HEXIE Beauty, any appropriate refund will be issued.
Digital Products
Digital content supplied by HEXIE Beauty is for the purchaser's personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.
You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, upload, share, licence or commercially exploit paid digital content without permission.
Where immediate digital access is provided during a statutory cancellation period, any legally required consent and acknowledgement concerning loss of cancellation rights must be obtained before access begins.
The Skin Decoded Method™
The Skin Decoded Method™ and related HEXIE Beauty educational materials are designed to support understanding of skin, skincare and lifestyle patterns.
They are educational resources and do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and are not substitutes for individual medical care.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds and applicable cancellation rights are governed by the HEXIE Beauty Return & Refund Policy together with your statutory rights.
Shipping
Physical product delivery is governed by the HEXIE Beauty Shipping Policy.
Treatment appointments and electronically supplied digital products are not physically shipped.
