The registered office is for statutory and formal correspondence. It is not the London clinic, a walk-in address, a skincare collection point or an automatic returns address.
HEXIE Beauty operates an appointment-only cosmetic skin clinic in London. The complete treatment location is communicated directly to confirmed clients where appropriate. No walk-in treatment or skincare collection is offered.
HEXIE Beauty was founded by Runa Hirani. References to training or professional qualifications, including ProQual Level 5 Advanced Aesthetics, describe relevant skills and education. They do not, by themselves, state that HEXIE Beauty is a medical practice or provides diagnosis of medical conditions.

Not every skin concern or symptom can appropriately be addressed cosmetically. Clients should seek medical advice for persistent, unexplained, worsening or severe symptoms, medical conditions, medication questions or potentially concerning reactions. If urgent care is needed, obtain appropriate medical assistance without waiting for a HEXIE Beauty message.
Where suitability or scope is uncertain, HEXIE Beauty may advise postponement, a different cosmetic option or medical review. The medical disclaimer does not exclude an obligation to perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill or to meet legal duties.
Treatment suitability, consultation, consent and aftercare
Treatment descriptions provide information about expected purposes, possible benefits, preparation and relevant limitations, but do not establish suitability for every person. Individual consultation and appropriate assessment determine whether a service may proceed, needs modification or should be postponed or declined.
Clients should provide accurate medical and treatment history where relevant to safety, and advise of changes before appointments. Consent is ongoing; clients may ask questions, decline a treatment or ask that a treatment is paused or stopped. Treatment results, images, reviews and claims
Cosmetic outcomes vary between clients and from one appointment to another. Influencing factors can include skin condition, health, previous procedures, individual treatment response, lifestyle, home skincare, treatment frequency and aftercare. No particular cosmetic result can be guaranteed.
Before-and-after photographs, images, videos, reviews and testimonials illustrate individual experiences. Differences in lighting, timing, camera position and other factors can affect appearance. They should not be treated as a guarantee of identical outcomes for another client.
Private consultation or assessment images are not automatically authorised for public marketing. Identifiable images proposed for publication require an appropriate lawful basis and separate permission where required. See the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section removes legal remedies where descriptions are misleading or paid services fall below applicable standards.
Skincare products, manufacturer information and reactions
HEXIE Beauty offers selected skincare and homecare products, including third-party branded products such as CLINICCARE. Product information is intended to assist understanding of the product, its cosmetic role, directions and precautions. Product ingredients, manufacturer instructions, warnings and the packaging supplied should be reviewed before use.
Skin sensitivity, allergies and reactions are individual. A product may not be appropriate for everyone, including people with particular conditions or ingredient sensitivities. Discontinue use and seek appropriate healthcare advice for a significant or concerning reaction.
A product description or cosmetic recommendation does not replace professional medical advice or guarantee a specific result. All physical goods remain subject to statutory quality and safety obligations and consumer remedies described in the Return and Refund Policy.
The Skin Decoded Method™ and personalised education
The Skin Decoded Method™ is an original HEXIE Beauty educational programme combining 14 video lessons with further stages involving client-supplied discovery information, three-day baseline observation, an individual Skin Decoded Review, review questions and a later check-in.
Its purpose is to promote understanding of skin, skincare decisions and relevant self-reported routines and circumstances. Observations, examples or recommendations are drawn from information the client provides and the educational framework of the Method. They do not represent diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, regulated nutritional or dietetic treatment, or a promise of a particular health or cosmetic result.
Clients should seek qualified medical advice concerning symptoms or medical conditions. Individual outcomes depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed. This statement does not remove any applicable quality requirements or consumer rights for the digital content or personalised service elements that were purchased.

Original materials, intellectual property and use restrictions
Unless otherwise indicated, original writing, graphics, treatment imagery, videos, educational resources, website design content, programme resources and brand materials on this site are owned by or licensed to HEXIE Beauty. Third-party brand names, logos and supplied product imagery belong to their respective owners.
The Skin Decoded Method™ and its original learning materials are supplied for the purchasing client's personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the purchase terms. Reproducing, selling, distributing, uploading, recording, publicly sharing or commercially exploiting protected material requires permission unless an applicable legal exception permits it.
Use of ™ with The Skin Decoded Method™ indicates a brand claim and should not be interpreted, without more, as a representation that a registered trade mark exists. The website's intellectual property terms do not prevent rights granted by law.
Privacy, third-party systems and external links
The website and services may rely on Shopify, BookX, Google Forms and Drive, payment processors, Royal Mail, messaging services and social-media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Google Business Profile may host public reviews and business information.
